Were there any circumstances that influenced the survey? 
A lot of blue paint over quite a large area of the beach at the far end - apparently from some work done on a boat. It was evident on stones, weed and even feathers on the shoreline. / Some very heavy rain along with very strong winds a few days before the beach clean.
